Job Description

This position plays a central role on the Corporate Planning &
Analysis team by developing long range and annual operating plans. It
provides decision support to senior mgmt. on a wide variety of
financial and strategic issues. Primary duties include analysis/
valuation of potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and
divestitures. Will also analyze traditional and non-traditional
financing alternatives for capital projects and business ventures.
Position acts as finance liaison to numerous cross-functional teams
covering all facets of the business and will assist CEO, COO, and CFO
on ad hod projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 YRS of related work experience/course work in financial and
business planning and analysis. Must have superior analytical skills,
effectively communicate with all levels of mgmt. The ability to work
in a fast paced environment with a demonstrated commitment to
diversity in the workplace are also a must.
