RESPONIBILITIES
As an AT Kearney associate you are instrumental in every phase of a
consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through final
implementation. As a member of a project team you will gather and
analyze data to identify strategy, operations and technology
improvements. You'll conduct benchmarking, best practices and other
competitor assessment studies and work at client locations, sharing
insights and solving problems. You'll recommend actions to be taken
and have responsibility for helping our clients implement those
actions to achieve measurable, far reaching results. In addition,
you will be expected to contribute to the development of the firm
through your contributions to intellectual capital creation,
engagement quality, recruiting and other activities.

an hone all your professional skills. As an AT Kearney associate,

which you give feedback to, as well as receive feedback from, your

Career progression through each consulting position generally follows
this model:
Associate - Manager - Principal - Officer
2-3 years - 2-3 years - 3-5 Years
Promotion time frames are guidelines only. Individual progress is a
function of many factors including performance, development and firm
building contributions.
